Operating from two sites, both of which are accredited to BRC grade A standard, Giles Foods have continually invested in Product development and cutting edge production facilities. From this has come an enviable reputation of producing innovative products of the highest quality.

From our Pain Artisan head office site in Milton Keynes, Giles Foods not only bake its own range of Artisan breads but also have separate facilities where we add value to them. Whether in chilled or frozen format Giles are able to produce a range which stretches from
Garlic Baguettes to Sun dried Tomato Flatbreads.

Pain Artisan has been built to produce speciality breads efficiently, and cost effectively, but able to be flexible as well. Whether it be French dough’s, or soft Ciabatta type dough’s, Giles have invested in technology, to give quality and quantity, every time. The second part of the Pain Artisan site completed in spring 2006, has the latest injection flow wrapping and freezing facilities. Whether it be hand crafted or fully automated, Giles Foods can really add value to breads.

From our Warminster site we produce fully finished and pre-proved Danish pastries as well as such classics as Belgium buns. This year has also seen us launch a new range of sweet tarts.

 

Part Baked Breads

From Baguettes to Foccacia’s and beyond, Giles is now able to supply a full range of products for the Wholesale, Giles Foods - Speciality BreadsCatering and Bake Off markets.

Quality French breads are key to this range, but add to this the top quality of Giles Italian style breads and a range with a difference comes to the fore.

Giles is continuously investing in product development to create new and exciting breads for the ever growing sandwich market, providing breads with subtle flavours from around the world bringing a new dimension to the snack meal market.


Speciality Breads

Tastes and flavours from bakers around the world are continuously being captured by Giles Foods to create an interesting and truly desirable range of speciality breads. Although Garlic breads along with Ciabatta's, Foccacia's and other Italian breads are still fundamental to the Giles Foods range, the development team work closely with customers striving to discover something new and create something unique.

The ever popular Dough Balls and Bread Bites give scope for adding essential value, as well as giving 'rise' to quality bases!

From our Milton Keynes site which is accredited to the highest BRC standards, Giles Foods can produce an array of breads that are part baked for In Store Bakeries, fully frozen or chilled in Retail packs.




Danish Pastry

From our well established site in Warminster, which is also accredited to the highest BRC standards, Giles Foods produces an extensive range of pre proved to fully baked Danish Pastries.

The Warminster plant was initially started with the emphasis on hand crafting, however, thanks to recent investment in the latest automated technology the company can now produce both hand crafted and fully automated products along with the full range of Frozen pastry lines for Retail and Foodservice customers.

Giles Foods has established a far reaching reputation for its appetising range of pastries which include its popular small bite size products through to larger family lines.

2007 has seen the addition of a new tart line. Developed in house using butter rich recipes, our tarts will further enhance the range of quality products being produced at Warminster.
