is today recognised as one of the UK’s leading
manufacturers of chilled and frozen foods.
Our flour is blended to our exact specifications from
wheat sourced from around the world. We dual source
all our raw ingredients’to ensure consistency of supply
and competitiveness.
Great care and attention is taken with the supply of
raw materials to our business: we source only from
BRC accredited suppliers, who match our own
exacting standards, and have a full understanding
of our requirements, and those of our customers.
We are proud of our record in securing quality and
value of major raw materials, from manufacturers
in the UK having due regard to our Carbon Footprint.
Where this is not possible, specialist products are
sourced from around the globe, to maintain that all
important individual style, for which we are well known.
